Volunteering
There are many ways to help out at our Parish.
If you would like to get involved please contact us.
Philoptochos is a word derived from the Greek words philos (friend) and ptochoi (poor), means "friend of the poor." It is a philanthropic organisation deeply rooted in the Greek Orthodox Church, dedicated to charitable giving, community service, and supporting those in need.
The Mother Maria of Paris Greek Orthodox Mission was established in 2019 to provide assistance to those in need including, disadvantaged youth, families and homeless people.
All Saints Parish has about 20 volunteer Special Religious Education (SRE) teachers who reach around 500 Orthodox students every week during school terms at the following schools: Belmore North, Belmore South, Clemton Park, McCullum’s Hill, Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills North, Harcourt, Kingsgrove and Kingsgrove North High School.
If you are able to volunteer your services in the teaching of SRE, we welcome and train new teachers all year round.
